Job Description:

The Finest Visual Marketing Team is where creativity meets impact. We believe The Finest E-liquid and SWFT Disposables are forward-thinking brands with a passion for marketing, branding, and design.

As the Creative Director leading our Visual Marketing team, you will take the forefront in guiding our creative vision and strategy for all projects. Your leadership will be instrumental in fostering innovation and collaboration among each Team Lead, driving the creation of breakthrough work products rooted in your visionary thinking.

In this role, you will not only direct a dynamic team of creative professionals but also ensure that our creative endeavors are in perfect harmony with our mission and the objectives of our clients. Your ability to cultivate an environment that nurtures bold and innovative ideas is key to our success, making your position vital to the continuous elevation of our brand's impact and reach.

Responsibilities:

· Develop and pitch new, creative brand concepts that align with our strategic goals, creating a cohesive narrative for use across various campaigns and for discerning audiences

· Oversee all design elements from inception to final product, ensuring every piece of content aligns with our brand’s standards and communicates our messages effectively

· Prioritize tasks and resources for various projects according to immediate and future requirements, and develop schedules in partnership with the creative and marketing team

· Guide and spearhead the design and development of graphics for product illustrations, packaging, social media platforms, and websites that supports our marketing and sales objectives. Your role involves ensuring that all visual elements are engaging, brand-aligned, and optimized for all platforms.

· Take lead in creatively envisioning and designing trade show-related print materials, including booth, signage, and other marketing materials

· Collaborate with the marketing, design, and sales teams to craft marketing plans, analyzing results, and identifying business opportunities

· Direct innovative social media campaigns, combining impactful design with strategic marketing to engage our audience and amplify our brand’s reach.

Key Qualifications:

· Proven experience leading creative teams in developing brand concepts

· Close knowledge of user experience and content strategy principles

· Strong creative vision, with an eye on business objectives

· Must be extremely organized, detailed and visually oriented

· Excellent time management skills; ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize different tasks

· Must have adequate knowledge & experience in Photoshop and Illustrator, and other program(s) defined The Finest E-liquid

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills in order to work with internal and external customers

· Strong independent and coordinated reasoning, judgment, and decision-making skills; able to work effectively with minimal on-site supervision

Additional Requirements (Education, Training, and Experience):

· Bachelor’s degree or higher education in major or significant coursework in Graphic Design, Business Marketing, or related disciplines required

· Ten years of relevant experience, with seven or more years as a Creative Director

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
